Challenge:

OREO Cookies are an iconic brand, but they want to up their cool factor and regain relevance among Gen Z and Millennials.

Insight:

After the pandemic, poker became a genuine hobby for our younger generations. Luckily, OREOs & Poker have a rich cinematic history and share physical commonalities.

Idea:

Bring OREO to the (online & IRL) poker tables so people can play, snack and win at the same time.

How it Works IRL

Each pack will have 3 different OREO flavours with valuations embossed on the top (i.e. 25, 100, 500).

The back side of the pack will provide high level rules and a recommended number of chips (cookies) based on the size of your poker party:

- 1 pack = 2 player game
- 2 packs = 4 player game
- 3 packs = 6 player game

How it Works Online

Inside the pack will be a card-insert with a unique QR code serving as your "buy-in" to the OREO online poker site where you can play for coupons and prizes.

Always On Games:

Online there will be traditional poker games and training/situational games that help players master their skills and provide a chance to win coupons for more cookies.

OREO will also host a monthly online tournament with bigger prizes varying from branded poker sets or free seats at an actual poker tournament.
